With a degree in science from York University and a true passion for luxury custom homes & real estate development, Bobby has been heavily involved in the industry for over 20 years. With a keen eye for details and an appreciation for the work of art he has established himself as a distinct partner with many of the City’s architectural, interior design and planning firms. With his extensive knowledge and experience in new builds, estate homes, historic and major renovations, Bobby brings all that is out there to the table providing clients with all the information they will need throughout their project.

Mahmoud has started his endeavors in luxury single family dwelling industry right after his graduation from the Engineering School of the University of Sheffield in the UK. He has been employing his research background into planning and solving for project bottlenecks ever since. Mahmoud’s understanding of Design-Build and his vision for 21st century multigenerational living combined with his passion for new technologies and state of the art products has made it possible for LPD to stay on the cutting edge of the industry.

Mohsen is a dynamic project manager with over 15 years of experience in combined cycle power plant projects and more than a decade in mechanical engineering within the gas and utility sectors. Holding a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in project management, he possesses a deep understanding of ISO, ANSI, ASME, and NFPA standards. Skilled in organization, prioritization, and time management, Mohsen effectively manages multiple tasks under tight deadlines. He has a proven track record of leading projects, overseeing contractors during installation and implementation, and delivering high-quality results using MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. Mohsen oversees our project supervisors and handles day-to-day site operations, including projects’ scheduling.

With over 10 years of worldwide experience in design and build of mechanical systems in low rise and high rise residential and commercial buildings, Reza brings a fresh perspective to the industry. His education background in mechanical engineering together with his site experience has equipped him with overseeing complex projects. Reza oversees our project supervisors and deals with day to day site operations.

With a background in mechanical engineering and business administration from York University, Ata brings a strong combination of technical knowledge and project leadership to the construction industry. As a Gold Seal and PMP certified project manager with experience across commercial and healthcare facilities, he has led the planning and delivery of numerous construction projects from early concept through construction and completion. With a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on collaboration, Ata works closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to guide projects efficiently while ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.

Nayara has been a valued member of the team since 2022. She is highly dedicated and organized with extreme attentions to details. She is loves tech and its implementation company’s daily activities and poses an extreme problem-solving skill.
